(preferably) with your shipping information when ordering. We will only
ship to the mailing address that is verified by your PayPal account.

If you use PayPal to purchase your item,
the shipping fee will automatically be added into the cost of the item and will
not be shown separately.

All items are shipped via USPS
regular mail and USPS Air Mail for international customers. We are not responsible for product lost due to incorrect
shipping information or delays due to the post office. Please make
sure that the address supplied to us is correct. Should a product not
arrive within reasonable time and seems to be lost in the mail, we will
validate the shipping information and then require a 7 to 10 day waiting
period before new product is shipped to insure that the original product is
not duplicated unnecessarily. Normal shipping times are 7 to 10
business days for U.S. customers and 10 to 14 business days for
international customers.

Replacement Information:

DVDs purchased from Light &
Dark Productions may only be replaced if defective or due to shipping damage.
Return the damaged or defective item to the address below.
